I carry one. I built something close to your needs. Chart of accounts are called 'Buckets' that tally expenses and receipts. The Bucket totals are given to tax preparer.
It is extremely handy for me but the user friendly relational database creation tool runs on Android only and it is no longer supported. The lone developer got entangled with Alphabet's update demands.
I side load the apk and restore backups to move to a new handset device. If you are interested, we can move the files over email and I think I could coach you enough to get it going. It will be free but you should weigh that opportunity against my worry that someday a new version of Android will break it.
I use the same tool to make an elaborate cow/calf records app.
