heelthatpain.com will sell you an oddly shaped insert for your heels. 5 years ago when I bought mine, they were about $25. I kinda doubted they'd work, but at that price--worth a try. My pain was bad enough that I'd actually started a conversation at my "once every 5 years type " physical.

I wore them for about 2 weeks and really didn't have any more pain. I keep them around and if I feel a twinge, I slip them in. Worth a try for you.
