I'm an old guy too..I have a flip phone that I barely use so I dont do apps,texts,etc..I only order at fast food places where a person can take my order at the counter....We prefer to eat at dine in places and dont do drive thru....I also dont do the kiosk screens..I tried it once and that was enough..I'm lost in the 60's and I guess that I will die that way..The world has now left us behind and I dont want to catch up.
I've also noticed that we no longer get coupons in the mail from fast food places..I guess they've done away with those too...We used them all the time.
You mean there is another copy of me out and about ,above ground.
The dang cell phone still will not work at my house, and I don't feel wifi signal is what I want my life hanging from if I need 911. It just stopped yesterday for 15 or 20 minutes. In the land that helped Al Gore invent the internet even. Yes I live in the Land of Fruits and Nuts. Half between the gay bay and the gay mouse only 15 miles from the big blue salt water. So my cell phone is only to bother you when I am out and about.
Yes blame Californy for all the fast food kiosks too. Just Gavy boy wonder, telling fast food workers he cares and raised their wage to $20 an hour to start. So fast food fired 16,000 of them and put in the kiosk. And rolled out to the rest of the world too. |
