Criteria except for whom they hire. Friend worked at Casey's with several that had served prison terms. Several for quite unsavory reasons. The employee's were instructed not to speak about them to each other.



OK, question for you. When someone gets out of prison, what are they supposed to do to earn a wage? They have to work somewhere. And any reason a person is sent to prison would be "unsavory", wouldn't it? I personally know and worked with a man that was sent to prison on a weapons charge. Hard worker, honest, would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He is welcome here anytime.
I'm not saying they're model citizens (how many here are spotless?), but if they did their time, they did their time. As long as they aren't re-offending, they should be left alone to be productive.
