| Been in our new retirement home for a year now. One thing we found was that the hallway and living room oulets are wired at code at 15 amps.
Wife was vacuuming and kept blowing the breaker. Found her vacuum was rated at 13.5 amps. Too close to 15? I dont know. Anyhow,maybe think about another 1 or 2 20 amp receptacles. Now she has to plug into the kitchen or bathroom outlets.
