I’m convinced I have plantar F in my right foot. It had just given away for me and hurts. Since I’ve spoken about it to my wife now my stupid phone is showing me adds for foot supports/wrap things.
Can anyone give any positive or negative reviews on these?
Doing some stretches and what not but this kinda has me worried for the long term
