Subject: Losing ground to horsenettle

The horsenettle gets thicker every year, it germinates late and none of my premerge corn or bean chemicals seem to touch it Callisto and atrazine post will kill the top vegetation but new plants emerge but too late to spray post again. I can't really afford to let the ground sit idle and continually work the ground to get rid of it as some have suggested.I am looking for any suggestions for ways to get rid of this weed.
