I will say a couple things that hold true here.
There's around a 5 year "honeymoon" period before the perennials are a substantial problem even under poor management or weather conditions.
Most small seeded weeds are controlled well with timely rotary hoeing and tine weeding followed by row cultivation.
What are the biggest issues that you fight there? Here giant ragweed and Canada thistle are what I lose the most sleep over. | |
