TX Panhandle
Unsure of how many head per year you are talking about but certain people will pay for good beef. This video is unbelievable to me but hey, on sale mail order $40 “choice” ribeyes, somebody is buying them.

I’m currently at $12.50 boxed weight and have half’s sold 2 years out if my small herd yields the calf’s I need. If any opens it will be longer and the current customers will wait.
This grass grown, grain & grass finished.

I think some of the local butcher/retail sales place are anywhere from $12.50-15 for 100ish pound packages of steaks, roasts and ground beef.

Anyone ever had “Primal ground beef”? I sell it for $15/lb.
