We received a letter from one of the eastern states with a picture of the rear of our grain trailer saying it disobeyed their laws, don't remember the exact wording. We bought that trailer new and to the best of my knowledge it has never been beyond Clinton or Scott Counties. Are there errors that happen in the handling of pictures or are there just plain dishonest people handling these things?
