True, but O'Reilly is not tracking your movements in your car with the information because you bought wiper blades. License plates are public info but just because you go to the store, the police can't know that you went there.
With Flock cameras, the cops can know where you go all the time if they have a beef with you. This amounts to unwarranted surveillance which can be considered 4th amendment violations. https://www.yahoo.com/news/politics/articles/man-criticized-police-l...
Speak out and get harassed.
Its a slippery slope and just because you think you have nothing to hide, it does not guarantee your liberty.
Maybe next your ok with the authorities having checkpoints to check your papers.
