Fungicide is one of those things that may or may not pay in any given year. There are also years when it pays so well that breakeven is covered for the next 5-10 years.
You learn to spray, no matter what. The 2nd pass generally pays as well depending on timing of the initial pass. Last year, 3rd pass was 8-10 better and 2 points wetter.
