Our heifers started calving yesterday. First one 45 minutes from the time I saw her tail up to a calf on the ground, including the time it took to move her up to the corrals. For no other reason than the calf would have some shade after it was born. First calf out of an OCC bull with a +14 CED. 274 day gestation on a heifer calf.
