| The 8000 valve is likely for a closed center hydraulic system while the coupe is likely an open center. The difference is the pump on closed systems is variable displacement (looks like a small version of the hydro pump on a combine) where as the open center pump is just a regular gear pump - the coupe probably uses a regular automotive style power steering pump (open center). I'm told you can make it work, but it's not worth the effort and cost of the additional valves to make it work.
