Beef is another victim of processed food. That junk at the store isn’t beef. Ground beef anyway. We make healthy and clean protein and the packers turn it into garbage or extremely high priced cuts. If people bought what we put in our freezers the outlook would be 180 from here.

Besides that people don’t cook anymore. You have mom and dad both working and dad maybe 2 jobs. They want quick and easy when they come home. I think some ground beef is quick and easy as it gets but if you’ve worked with most of the public it’s microwave garbage or take out. Heck we both work. Wife teaches and I double time. I probably run 100 hours a week, but at 10 at night I’m frying up the kids some lunch for tomorrow while most of America is watching TV. I can literally feed my kids good real food for what a school lunch costs. But average consumer won’t put in that effort. Heck I’m watching TV and having a beer while I do it.
