Yes but the apps can often save you money, and earn free stuff.
Another bonus is ease of ordering, especially if you don't want lettuce and extra pickles, you don't have to try to explain that through the microphone and speaker.
Ok, but who wants lettuce and extra pickles in their DQ blizzard? :)
