I replaced a bunch this winter. Don’t buy the cheapest ones. They are cheap for a reason. I used Legrand and they have holes to insert the wire and tighten down like a replacement cord end. Way easier and faster than bending hooks. These outlets probably weighed 1/2 again more than the cheap ones but were much higher quality. Electrical devices are get what you pay for.
