We used to haul steel out of there a few years back. I never had any problem as there was no one out and about in the morning. The place we hauled out of had razor wire and a steel maze for the workers to enter.
Lots of places that were abandoned or should have been.
One often drove several miles on 4 lane streets and only saw one person and may be a car.
