If you sent the $$ in ,the clerk entered you data.If the wildlife cops had puled you over for that short Bass you just landed and you had not received your stickers yet,you would be legal when they radioed in.Then only the 200$ fine for a short fish.Here the game wardens get much larger awarded in court than major drug dealers recieve.Sad.
