| Hope for the best? I’m sorry, but I could never simply hope for the best for a child’s education.
We homeschooled from early second grade to high school when she got a scholarship to a parochial school.
Taking a second stab at education later in life while doable is a difficult thing. It is far better to get a solid education early on.
Such a letter is inexcusable for any educator but more so for an English teacher.
If she is this lackadaisical about proofreading something she sends out to the public, she is sloppy elsewhere. Worse yet, sloppy writing is evidence of sloppy thinking.
Please consider alternatives for your child’s education. | |
