What town are you close too? Was east of Mcphersom today and saw a combine parked. We farm north and east of McPherson about 40 miles.
Those conditions sound like what it looked like there. Dry dead corn and still green stuff all in the same field. We will face the same issue i think.
Western Cowley county, right on the Sumner county line, southwest of Udall.
Our corn was mostly green 10 days ago. Five 100 degree days plus since then. McPherson and north has had nice rains this week, all we get is heat and wind. |
