Just got around to watching it with my wife. I had started watching it back when this thread started but got sidetracked and never watched in entirety till tonight.

Pretty much matches what we have learned about the last 7+ years. There are a number of doctors that have came to the same conclusions Ovadia has come to. We have personally experienced many of the health benefits he talks about. Me specifically reversing my insulin dependent type II diabetes, which is supposedly according to conventional medicine to not be possible.

In my opinion, he speaks the truth.
