Was it the state or the USPS?   Took my daughter’s birth certificate several months to arrive (3-4).   It was sidetracked in Baltimore for months.  We’ve gotten to the point in order to pay the custom trucker wife leaves a check with the girls at the coop. 

The winter before last seen a pile of letters in the ditch on the nearest cross road from what we figured out carrier dumped them off instead of delivering them.   We had cell number of our past carrier now master at another po and bent his ear in the end they got reintroduced into the system.
