I own a butcher shop and we tried to settle the beef over dairy debate. We didn’t put a nail in the coffin but we had fun trying! Ask me any detailed questions you may have. Our belief is that all things the same: top tier feed program, good processing, aged on the rail, and cooked properly breed isn’t near as important as some would like to think.
