It has been a 7 month mess. Hope to bring home Aug 21 and finish it myself.
Tell me your story so I don't feel like such a sucker. :)
We are so darn fortunate! Have just a spectacular shop very near us that just bends over backwards to keep every customer happy. That's not to say every interaction is 100% but they do everything within their power to make everything right to the best of their ability. Great people to work with with an outstanding group of employees to help out. We're blessed.
