Mark...we had our 500 year and 1000 year floods in 2018 and 2019.
Actually years 2016 - 2021 were our wet years. Just summer after summer of flooding. More erosion in those years than I saw the previous 30. It got to a point where I couldn't sleep at night during a rainstorm. Worrying about what would be damaged next and fearing for our safety.
