Back in 2008 I had some friends that worked for the local railroad. They were supposed to take a train load of large rock down to Cedar Rapids to park on the bridge to try and hold it. They never made it that far coming from the north due to tracks washed out even worse than this near our hometown. Not good....and a few days later the bridge that train was supposed to "hold down" washed away
