East of Broken Bow
We had one for a while, it was OK, but there were a few things I didn't realize about it.

First, we had an old one that you just pressed the + or - button to add or remove air. I put out quite a bit of heat, especially if I exerted myself a lot during the day, so my side would gain pressure during the night and become overly firm. Upgraded to a sleep number control, which fixed that problem, as it kept the same level of firmness through the night, but would sometimes wake me up releasing pressure.
Also, to have separate firmness levels you have 2 separate narrow matteresses inside the big mattress, and you can definately feel the transition between them if you and your spouse have different firmness levels. With my side being firmer, I would tend to roll onto her side at night if I slept too close to the middle.

Overall, it was OK, we now have a memory foam mattress that we compromised on for firmness level. The sleep number is best if you and your spouse can't agree on a firmness level, if you both like about the same firmness, I would look towards a standard mattress or memory foam one. Our new one allows us to elevate our heads or feet, and that does more good for me than the adjustable firmness.
