I had a queen sized one for many years in a house where a regular queen size would not make it through the doorways/stairway.

I didn't like it much. As stated by others, each bladder was narrow between the foam blocks, and you couldn't sleep on a diagonal without dropping into the valley.

Later I learned that they offer a single queen sized bladder, even though they didn't advertise it anywhere....... I coughed up another pile of $$$ and bought one. It worked much better for my needs for many years.

When I moved to a different house I bought a conventional mattress and put in on top of the Select Comfort base. That is much more comfortable to me.

My new mattress is a Serta that you can flip and turn to make it last longer. It was the model that was used in Marriot Hotels that I enjoyed sleeping on when I stayed there.
