If EVERYONE were to chew them out, constantly, day after day, it would stop. Nobody will take verbal abuse non-stop without quitting.
It's all there is left to do.
A couple of the calls I received this week were "virtual" representatives. After all the real people quit, we will still have to deal with these chatbots.
Previously, the best thing was to not answer any calls that were not in your contacts. They didn't leave a voicemail and you could go on with your day. However, recently they have started leaving voicemails (some with a message and some without) which requires me to go into my voicemail and manually delete the voicemail. Not only do I have to look at my phone to see who is calling, but then I have to spend another minute deleting the voicemail.
I need to look into what is out there that would prevent them from leaving a voicemail but still allow REAL people to leave a voicemail. | |
