If your uploading a file from your computer scroll down to the section titled "uploading an attachment from your computer". The first section is if you are linking images from some other photo sharing site online where you already have pictures.

If you are having trouble resizing them here are a couple tutorials of the image resizing programs with screenshots. Both are free to download and use.

If you are running Windows XP I like the Microsoft power toy image resizer the best.
