Had that issue when header was attached to combine first time off trailer. Same head, combine,for many seasons. My tech could view my display in combine, no answers , had to go in back door of header controllers to stop the problem. Header was stored with reel up on cylinder stops to service fingers and belts over winter on trailer. Good luck
