Like mentioned, remove all the screws except the bottom ones, loosen those as they are slotted, lift up the black panel with all the controllers still attached, remove the plastic cover from the large connector and take a 9/32 socket and remove the connector, now take off the inside connector and remove the blower motor, might have to get the harness out of the way to get the motor out, easy job. No blowing on controllers.
