Yeah he,s pretty much accurate on that - but - Houston Dynamics was the last of Allis business - Oil Quip bought them , then turned around and named it Allis -Chalmers Energy, - they done alot of buy outs of smaller companies, but it all falls under Archer now- I think an overseas parent company-
