You need to not rent that field. Lol. I've never rented a farm where I'd expect the landlord to clear storm falls. Sometimes they do(rarely) but I always thank them for it. And I always make a point of helping them out. Hell, quite often I wind up cleaning up trees that fall on deer hunting trails and the like just because it's the right thing to do.
