Personally I wouldn’t use the bottom bings, too much chance of sucking up water & debris. If I did I would be sure to raise the bung end 2-3” inches higher that the other end
My choice would be to use the siphon tubes in all three tanks. Connect all three tanks with a cross pipe & place pump in the middle. Put 1/4 turn shutoff valve for all three tanks. Then you can pull out of one tank, all three or a combination
