What are you trading up from?
We had an 8700 for six years when it was new. The good is that it’s not a 6 or 7000 series machine and they made some significant positive changes. The bad is that the KP still liked breaking various parts more often than I’d prefer, and on ours we lost the engine, which is a very expensive thing to have happen. Fortunately we had a little warranty left, but you won’t.
Overall they’re good machines with a lot of capacity. Is there something specific you want to know?
