Faunsdale, AL | Just got a set of rod bearings for a Yanmar engine in a JD 950 tractor. I figured they would be aftermarket or Yanmar parts but came in sealed JD boxes. Obviously NOS parts.
The shipping was just like he said. Expensive but all in all the net price wasn’t bad and they shipped them immediately and I had them in a couple days.
I checked with Deere parts and I don’t think they had 3 in the whole system. If it hadn’t been for All States and G&T, I would probably have had to figure out some way to import directly from Japan to inframe this little engine.
All States didn’t actually show stock for the bearings for some reason, just had a note to call if I remember correctly. They had the rest of the parts I needed though. Same story on these parts from Deere, not available or limited quantities etc and rather expensive prices for what they could source.
