20 miles west of Indianapolis Indiana

I was asked by owner to rent farm. It was a big mess. fixed all the messed up contours. Leveled what needed leveling, got rid of weed problem, picked rocks and now it looks good. I feel that I have spent enough time and money making the property look good again.

Which story is it? Below you said you pay high rent… it’s some trees. Clean em up or the next guy will if that’s what the landlord values. If he doesn’t care what it looks like farm around em like some do here or just push em into a fence row. I bet there’s a line of young guys a mile long who would be chopping at the bit to clean up those trees to get the farm rented. More of em dumb enough too to pay more than what you’re paying now.

Don’t give em an in for the landlord to consider them…
