20 miles west of Indianapolis Indiana		I clean up all of that unless the landlord is just really ambitious and enjoys doing it. I will say my 2nd farthest away farm that landlord is a retired farmer who likes doing that stuff and we do it together with his skid steer or backhoe. I’ve used his backhoe to fix tiles and his skid steer to collect rocks. I’d probably let that farm go if i couldn’t do that there honestly.
