Subject: row cleaners on 15" soybean planter?

Looking at a Deere 1795 15" planter with factory sharktooth row cleaners. Love the idea but skeptical they will plug. No tilling into 180-250 (probably average 225bu) cornstalks. Seller says he planted into same and it plugged where transport/wing tires are probably an average of once per 150 acres but varied by field/conditions. Will run probably go 5.5mph. Anyone ran a 15" planter with row cleaners - how bad is the plugging/back rows throwing trash onto next row over?
