Hennepin, IL | If youre paying rent based off of FSA acres, around here youre renting the first 10-30' of trees so it would definitely be on you lol. In all seriousness you probably could kinda make a case it should be on the landlord but honestly that thought hadnt ever crossed my mind until now. All part of maintaing the property in my mind. Now since youre a little ways away, Id be tempted to ask the landlord for a favor if he had the equipment around there to do it, but wouldnt expect anything either. | |
