southern MN		I would ask the landlord but I would expect I’m the one cleaning it up, so it would be done to my expectations. Crop damage, branch cleaned up, etc.

Around here lot of wood used, valued, for firewood, and so I would talk to the landlord first to make sure we are on the same page as to what becomes of the wood.
