Kind of an interesting story on that recipe, early on in the days of common use internet, my mother was looking for a pizza sauce recipe. In the comment section of a blog post a woman shared this and said it was from her grandma in Italy, so its probably as authentic as it gets lol
So I have 4 lbs of Roma tomatoes....
