Livin' it - 8/9/2026 07:49 Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I'll bag and freeze them and deal with them later on. I'm no fan of using a stove or especially an oven for prolonged periods of time during the summer with the AC running.
Probably worth a mention on that point- we almost always use our grills for scalding tomatoes to keep that heat out on the deck instead of in the house. And charcoal roasting especially adds some great flavor for salsas and such. | 
So I have 4 lbs of Roma tomatoes....
