Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | I think you and your wife have to get off farm jobs. Not a great prospect at your age but I think you owe it to your kids to do better than your parents did for you. Maybe that puts your kids in an even better position if they are ready to take over when your father finally retires. I’ve wandered why so many farmers think there should be inheritance every generation. As long as most of us keep working skipping a generation makes more sense. |
