Over and above i think in todays day and age the number one thing that make a huge difference by a long shot is mom and dad being together as a married couple living in the same house with your kids. Whether your a little too strict or a little too relaxed is peanuts. The fact that your not divorced, absent, or abusive or have your kids out of wedlock already gives your kids a huge boost in life. (Yes i know that all these are possible to overcome and still turn out ok but its some big disadvantages for kids to overcome)
2nd thing is if at all possible its important for mom to actually be a stay at home mom and raise the kids, not the daycare, especially during early childhood.
Bottom line is even if your are imperfect parents you never the less need to actually do the parenting and the parenting style imperfections wont matter that much.


Now I know why didn’t do better in life.
