Did a 48'x60' a couple years ago. Three guys with grinders to take the nail heads off. Then just pull the metal off by hand. Metal went to scrap for pay for the grinder discs and some cash for labor. Stupid fast but you will need several batteries, chargers, and grinding discs on hand.
