Overnight lasagna is pretty sketchy. If you're going to eat it, make sure it's heated back to steaming hot all the way through, and hold it there for a couple minutes. No way I'd eat it just warmed up. Not saying I'd throw it out, but if you ask any food safety expert that will be the only option.
