northeastern Ohio | There was an interesting show on ABC back in 2022 called the Parent Test. The show featured 12 families, divided into different parenting approaches. Some of the parenting styles included things like disciplinarian, free-range, helicopter, natural, and child-led parenting.
By the time this show aired, my kids were grown, but it was still very interesting to see how the kids responded to the different approaches. Sometimes the style worked and sometimes it was a failure.
It would be interesting to see an update now 4 years later. | |
